1. Booking & Reservation

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation via email or phone. Guests are required to provide accurate personal and contact details at the time of booking.

2. Payment Policy

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the duration of stay and booking type. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via approved payment methods.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out timings will be communicated at the time of booking. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Identification

All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, etc.) upon arrival, in compliance with Indian regulations.

5. Occupancy & Usage

Only the number of guests declared at the time of booking are permitted to stay. The apartment is to be used strictly for residential purposes. Parties, events, or any unlawful activities are not permitted.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to maintain the apartment in good condition and are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Any loss or damage to property, furnishings, or equipment may be charged accordingly.

7. House Rules

Smoking, pets, or specific activities may be restricted depending on the apartment type. Guests are requested to respect community guidelines, noise levels, and neighboring residents.

8. Liability

Cornerstay is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions.

9. Modification of Terms

Cornerstay reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
