Refund Policy
At Cornerstay, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in our booking and cancellation practices while ensuring operational efficiency.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to check-in may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may attract cancellation charges, including up to one night’s stay or more depending on the booking.
No-shows are non-refundable.
2. Long-Term Stays
For extended or monthly bookings, customized cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
4. Early Check-out
In case of early departure, refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the applicable cancellation terms and prior notice.
5. Booking Modifications
Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may involve revised pricing.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In case Cornerstay is unable to honor a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, alternate accommodation or a full refund will be offered.
